Thanks to our entrepreunarial winegrowers, the improvement and technique investment have been constant over the past 30 years:

     * Stainless steel thermo-regulated tanks,
     * Pneumatic presses,
     * 150 000 hectoliters storage capacity
     * Wastewater treatment plant for the treatment of all wastewaters,
     * Clarification of ecological type,
     * Ageing cellar in French oak barrels.

Modernization and restructuring of the Cave of Monségur for 2010 harvest:

     * Creation of a self emptying vats of 10,000 hl in order to vinify Castles
     * Acquisition of pre-fermentation maceration unit 30 T / H to develop modern wines
     * Insulation of existing buildings
     * Reorganization of the refrigeration system from the pneumatic pressing and grounds evacuation.
